Social Service Through Inclusive Entrepreneurship
SCOOP Together (Social service to Community by providing Opportunities and Opening doors to People with disability) is Vera Bella’s social responsibility initiative that supports persons with disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable communities through inclusive livelihood opportunities and community support programs. A portion of product sales contributes to assistive devices and community-based support initiatives for PWD beneficiaries.
Helping Farmers Grow with Every Scoop and Bite
illustrates a commitment to enhancing the livelihoods of smallholder aquaculture and dairy farming communities. The initiative promotes direct sourcing, enabling fish farmers to secure stable demand through tilapia-based products, thus avoiding market fluctuations imposed by middlemen. It also incorporates local dairy farmers by utilizing community-sourced milk, fortifying agricultural value chains.
